Office of Early Childhood
The Office of Early Childhood promotes and enhances positive growth, development, and learning for every Utah child from birth through age 8. Several early childhood programs are housed within the office, which collaborates with other state agencies and community partners to improve the quality of all early childhood programs and enhance access for families across the state.

Baby Watch Request for Grant Applications (RFGA)
The purpose of this RFGA is to contract with a qualified vendor(s) to provide Part C of IDEA early intervention services across the State of Utah, to children ages birth to three with developmental delays or disabilities, for the Utah Department of Health and Human Services Baby Watch Early Intervention Program.
